When you request services using Charge Me Later, Charge Me Later collects nonpublic personal information ("NPI") which you submit, such as your telephone number and part of your social security number. Charge Me Later also receives NPI from third parties, such as your name, address, and telephone number, based on the information you provide to Charge Me Later, as well as NPI about your transactions with Charge Me Later, its affiliates, or others, such as purchase price and payment arrangements.

When you obtained your membership with Charge Me Later, you agreed to receive updates to Charge Me Later's Privacy Notice via posting on Charge Me Later's website. By clicking "I Agree" when you obtained your membership with Charge Me Later, you also provided your electronic signature, expressing your intent to accept the purchase terms and conditions of the membership with Charge Me Later and this Privacy Notice and Terms.
